We Welcome Our New Pastor

On Sunday, September 14, the congregation voted in a special meeting to extend a Letter of Call to Pastor Martin Lettow. Pastor Lettow is a graduate of Iowa State University and Pacific Lutheran Theological Seminary. He is thirty-one years old, married, and has two daughters, ages 4 and 6. He is currently serving a parish in western New York.

Pastor Lettow’s first Sunday with us will be October 26th, Reformation Sunday. His official installation will be Sunday, November 23. Please be sure to come welcome Pastor Lettow and his family to what we hope will be many years with us here at Calvary.

Please also keep the Lettow family in your prayers. Pastor Lettow will be moving here right away, but his family will remain in New York until Mrs. Lettow finishes school in December. This a time of major change for them, and a lot needs to be done in a short time. Pray for strength and guidance for them as they make the move to join us.
