The "Memorial Day Parade" in North Highlands on May 26th was a great success. It was a wonderful outreach event. We passed out many leaflets and the people seemed very receptive to them. The people were clapping and smiling as we passed by. I would like to thank all those that participated by: making the banner, making flowers, making the t-shirts, putting the float together, walking in the parade and the music team for playing their uplifting music alternating with the old pump organ and the 3 little girls singing "Jesus Loves Me." Even though we didn’t win a trophy it was a very uplifting event and they all want to do it again next year. THANK YOU ALL.
